Completed a Bachelor´s degree in Materials Engineering and a Masters in Bioengineering and Nanosystems at Instituto Superior Técnico.
The thesis dissertation titled "Emulsion stability studies and correlation with porous microspheres synthesis" was conducted at CERENA-IST.
Between 2021 and 2023 worked as a research fellow at CERENA-IST in the project SEALCORK-Thermall expandable microcapsules for cork stoppers. Since 2023, he has been a Ph.D. Student in chemical engineering at Técnico. His Ph.D. research is focused on polymeric microcapsules for the food industry
